Melange Books published the following stories by Joanna Foreman in 2011

"Lady of the Wigwam" can be found in the anthology Paranormal Dreams. "Lady of the Wigwam" is the story of Missy, a young girl who saw the ghost of a prostitute on a foggy highway overpass while riding along with her father in his eighteen-wheeler. She searched for years to find the apparition again. The ghost had promised to "make her dreams come true" and Missy discovered that if she believed it completely, it would happen.

"Ghost Taxi" can be found in Spellbound-2011, a collection of short stories by creative writers of the Paranormal genre. "Ghost Taxi" tells the tale through the eyes of a tourist who is also a sensitive. She sees ghosts everywhere she goes, and South Beach is no exception. Poor Ricardo, tossed from a boat while escaping from his homeland to America, his spirit is "stuck" on the beach, as he is an illegal alien, not allowed to cross into the city without a ghost taxi. Our tourist is led on an adventure to find Ricardo's surviving spouse. Ricardo dreams of possessing her body for many reasons and freedom to travel throughout the city is only one of them!

The following is a 4.5 star review of Spellbound-2011, courtesy of ManicReaders:  "The mix of paranormal and horror novellas in this anthology was the perfect balance and it kept my attention from the start right to the very end. They were engaging and reverting reads inspired by some of the best horror authors out there. There's something for everyone. From fiction to romance it will be perfect for any fan of paranormal and horror. I have to give 4.5 out 5 stars . They were well written novellas, each had a complete story line and were so engaging that you didn’t notice that they were novellas."

"Vicarious Christmas" was published in December, 2011 just in time for the holidays in Warm Christmas Wishes. A slice-of-life vignette, "Vicarious Christmas" is the story of how Joanna was not allowed to celebrate Christmas due to her mother's religion. How did she, as a child, find joy on Christmas Day through the experiences of her friends and family?

Melange Books offers these collections both as ePub downloads and softcover print books. They can be purchased through Lulu.com and Amazon.com.
